Terms of Service

Every paid customer signs a Master Services Agreement with term options (1-year, 2-year, 3-year with ratchet). Exit-for-cause is preserved on multi-year agreements if we materially miss SLAs.

A shared-responsibility clause absorbs first-loss on misclassified disclosures within covered policy packs. Pack scope, exclusions, and remediation procedures are stated in an Annex and refreshed with each pack release.

Data portability is a contractual SLA customer-owned artefact graphs export as open-format JSON-LD within 15 business days of request. Source-code escrow available at Enterprise tier.
