Privacy Policy

LaunchSynapse is a B2B compliance-throughput platform. We do not train models on customer content. We do not monetise customer artefact-graph data. Every tenant is cryptographically isolated.

We process data as a processor under GDPR Article 28 with signed DPA + SCCs. EU customers are provisioned into a Dublin-region tenant. Sub-processors are published in a versioned list and may be rejected within 30 days of change notice.

Visitor data on this site is limited to: anonymous analytics (privacy-preserving, no cross-site tracking); form submissions (routed to yash@launchsynapse.com); and cookie-less session memory for marketing attribution. We do not run third-party retargeting pixels.

Customer data: retained for contract term plus 90 days for wind-down; portable as open-format JSON-LD on request; deleted on written instruction with a cryptographic deletion certificate.
